When the Digital World was created, it was in a state of chaos. The only way to get a higher status was to fight, and even when you reached the top, you had to fight to stay there. Eventually, Digivolution was born from this warring culture. But to get to the Mega Ultimate level was difficult, and few ever reached that stage. The four who rose to power as Megas looked down upon their world and were filled with pity and remorse, for the Digital World would soon crumble under the constant state of war between all Digimon. They were called the Harmonious Ones, and sometimes, the Four Holy Beasts. Azulongmon, the Guardian of the Eastern Quadrant, Zhuqiaomon, Guardian of the Southern Quadrant, Baihumon, Guardian of the Western Quadrant, and Ebunwumon, Guardian of the Nothern Quadrant. In order to help bring Peace to their precious world, they entrusted the Eight Keys of the Digital World to a group of mega level Digimon they used their Digi-Cores to create. The Keys of Courage and Friendship were given to Zaexmon, created by Ebunwumon. The Keys of Light and Sincerity were given to Zenaxmon, created by Baihumon. The Keys of Knowledge and Reliability were given to Zereithmon, created by Zhuqiaomon. And lastly, the most important Keys, Hope and Love, were given to Runemon, who was created by Azulongmon. Together, the four sought to bring the chaotic Digi World to peace, as the Harmonious Ones beleived it should have been. The new Megas, called the Exalted, were revered, respected, and loved by all Digimon. They came to be known as folk heroes, being able to cease almost any conflict, rarely having to resort to enforcement to resolve it.

But... something went terribally wrong. On a peaceful day, while the Exalted were resting on File Island, a virus found its way from the internet and hacked into the Digiworld, attacking the Exalted, and altering the programming in which they were created from. Their temperment quickly changed... they became violent and cold, leaving File Island, and going on a rampage and destroying everything, from buildings to innocent Digimon. The Harmonius Ones sought to stop them, but with fewer Digicores they were no match. Fleeing back to File Island, they came up with a plan. They used more of their Digi-cores, and confronting each of their respective Exalted, turned each of them into a pair of Digi Eggs, one containing their original Fractal Code, the other containing the Virus and it's re-written Fractal Code. Azulongmon took the 'Light' Digi Eggs into his care, and the other three taking a 'Shadow' egg into his care. They entrusted the last one with Weregarurumon and Leomon, two of Azulongmon's trusted friends.

What became of the Keys to the Digital World? They were scattered across it when the Harmonious Ones turned the Exalted into Digi Eggs.

Inside the Digi Eggs, the Lights of the Exalted are calling for help from another world... unconsiously knowing that the Hatching of their Shadows will unbalance the Digi World. If the Virus isn't eventually destroyed, the Digital World will cease to exist.

File Island
	Infinity Mountain One of the tallest Mountains in the Digital World, it's summit reaches beyond the clouds and is covered with snow. The Hall of Destiny was carved out beneath it, and it is the home of the wise Azulongmon. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Primary Villiage The place where all Digimon are born and raised. It is a colorful place made of buildings that look like building blocks. In a large, bright field, the Digi Eggs of reconfigured Digis appear. Elecmon guards the place, and hand raises all the Digimon Babies. This is an RP Board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Factorial Town A mostly deserted factory based on perpetual motion. Things are made here, and then, oddly enough, taken apart. Few ever come to visit, but Andromon has taken up a permanent residence here, and guards his factory vigilantly. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Great Canyon A large canyon filled with jungle-esque vegitation and an ancient ruin called the Temple of the Digivice. Here is where Centarumon resides, protecting its secrets for the Digidestined. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Tropical Jungle A large jungle, though it houses a few odd things because of misplaced data. Among them are strangely placed road signs... yeah, that's weird. 	Yokomon Village A small village home to small digimon: The Yokomon. There are particularly friendly, and also have some of the cleanest and best tasting water in the Digital World, considering the lake that sits next to them is filled with water from Mount Mihirashi, an active volcano. Its heat boils away all the germs. However, I wouldn't reccomend staying for dinner... since they eat bird seed. This is an RP board. Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
Server Continent
	Desert The giant, dry desert occupies much of Server. It has little water to find within, and many dangerous Digimon hide beneath the sand, waiting for an unsuspecting victim to destroy. So, uh... watch your back. Or your feet, either one. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Digitamamon's Diner A first-class restaurant as far as the cooking goes, it has some nice meals for the weary travelers. The only problem is that the owner, Digitamamon, and the manager, Vegimon, aren't exactly the nicest of guys. They'll serve you well, but don't try making friendly convorsation. 	Koromon Village A peaceful little town filled with friendly Koromon. They are quite welcoming, and the village is known for its hotspring's and spas, making in a nice place for both humans and Digimon to relax and take a break. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Piximon's Home Hidden with magic in the desert is a large home on top of a mountain, where Piximon lives. He's trained some of the members of the Digital Army, including General Weregarurumon, and Lieutenant Leomon. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
	Amusement Park An abandoned amusement park. Even though it is long out of comission, the rides and games still work. An interesting place to take a break. Just don't eat the wild mushrooms growing around the place- they'll wipe out your memory. This is an RP board Moderator: Seraphi*	0	0
Megabyte Islands
	Despair Dataspace Currenty unknown to good, this is one of the islands created by the Shadows of the Exalted. Despair Dataspace is reigned over by Darkmoonshinemon, the Shadow of Runemon. 	Betrayal Matrix The second island in the archipelago. This one is run by the Shadow of Zereithmon, also known as Saberdramon. Off the radar of good Digimon, this island mostly consists of a pure black mountain, atop of which is Saberdramon's nest, in a cave scored into the side of the great black mountain. She mostly operates alone, but has many followers who reside lower in the mountain, waiting for her orders. Moderator: Seraphi	0	0
